✅ Present Simple Tense Nedir?

Present Simple Tense, İngilizcede:

  • Genel gerçekleri

  • Alışkanlıkları

  • Rutinleri

  • Sabit durumları
    anlatmak için kullanılır.

Türkçedeki karşılığı:

  • Geniş zaman: Yaparım, severim, giderim, çalışır, yaşar gibi.

📌 Kullanıldığı Durumlar

🔹 Genel gerçekler:

  • The sun rises in the east. → Güneş doğudan doğar.

🔹 Alışkanlıklar / rutinler:

  • She drinks tea every morning. → Her sabah çay içer.

🔹 Planlı olaylar (yakın gelecekte):

  • The train leaves at 7. → Tren saat 7’de kalkar.

🔹 Duygular, düşünceler, durumlar:

  • I like pizza. → Pizzayı severim.

  • He knows the answer. → Cevabı bilir.

✅ Cümle Yapısı

🔹 Olumlu Cümle (Positive)

Özne Fiil (Verb)

I / You / We / They fiilin 1. hali (do)

He / She / It fiil + -s / -es (does)

Örnekler:

  • I work in an office.

  • She works at a bank.

  • They play football.

  • He goes to school by bus.

🔸 Üçüncü tekil kişi (he / she / it) ile fiile -s, -es veya -ies eklenir.

🛠 Fiile "-s / -es / -ies" Ekleme Kuralları (He / She / It ile)

  1. Fiil + s: play → plays

  2. -s, -sh, -ch, -x, -o → +es:

    • go → goes, watch → watches

  3. -y’den önce sessiz harf varsa → -y → -ies:

    • study → studies, carry → carries

    • (say → says, çünkü "y"den önce sesli harf var → sadece -s)

❌ Olumsuz Cümle (Negative)

Özne Yardımcı fiil Fiil

I / You / We / They don’t (do not) fiilin 1. hali

He / She / It doesn’t (does not) fiilin 1. hali

Dikkat: Olumsuz cümlede fiile -s eklenmez!

Örnekler:

  • I don’t eat meat.

  • She doesn’t like coffee.

  • They don’t play tennis.

  • He doesn’t go to school.

Soru cümlelerinde de fiile -s eklenmez!

Örnekler:
